Chef Sam here and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in 2018 with over seven years of experience. Influenced by my passion for serving people and for travel and the love for food, before the whole covid happened I was working for Hilton for about 5 years then after being furloughed I decided I waited to put my passion and love for cooking and do it for myself and I want to share that with you guys

I learned a little in grandmas and moms kitchen, a yearly camp also I volunteer at and cook for about 150 kids as well so that also contributed.
