I’m Sam a professional chef of nearly 20 years. I’ve spent most of my career cooking up and down the east coast. From Boston, MA to the James Beard House in New York City. Nantucket Island to Charleston, South Carolina. I have a strong passion for cooking food thats locally sourced and handmade with the highest quality and care.
Recently I have moved back home to Ohio from New England after selling my restaurant (Hunky Dory) to focus on my private chef business. After spending over a decade on the East Coast I’m excited to share my love of refined cooking and excellent hospitality. Anything from fine dining to a fish fry I’d love to take care of the cooking.
