With two parents in food technology, I grew up in Argentina surrounded by food culture. Using ingredients from our own garden, we would invite friends and family to join us for the dinner partys every weekend. My Spanish grandmother and Swiss grandfather have been a huge inspiration in my cooking, having taught me techniques which I still use today.
