I’m extremely genuine about every dish I create. I’m a real person that loves real food.
While I have been very interested in cooking my entire life, I started cooking professionally 3 years ago. I was a server for 16 years. I made the career change during the pandemic. Since my professional career started, I have won multiple awards for my cookie-stuffed waffles. I have also had one of my dishes featured at Food Network’s SOBEWFF in Miami Beach.
