Fresh from scratch is my favorite way to prepare meals. Passionate, creativity and nutrition are the values I bring to the kitchen.
After a decade in military service, I took my love for cooking to Boulder, Co for culinary school at Escoffier Culinary Institute in 2014. My travels highly influences my culinary skills with a focus on Louisiana cuisine, classic French, New American as well as Middle Eastern cuisine. Experience with meal prep, menu planning and event management.
