I make thoughtful honest cooking. Scratch made from the heart. Food should be an extension of yourself in every plate.
I started washing dishes and peeling potatoes when I was 12 years old. Moving on to fast food and small local restaurants in lead positions. Owned and operated a pub/restaurant for 8 years. Afterwards moving on to fine dining at Blackwolf Run at The American Club. Currently own and operate a food truck and catering business. Schedules are very flexible September through May. I am available throw-out the summer if scheduled ahead of time. I enjoy teaching and showing people new tricks in the kitchen. I myself love to learn and discuss food continually. Food knowledge range is pretty broad throughout many different cuisines. Traditional and non traditions meals.
