I am a creative chef with over 15 years of experience in restaurants, catering, and healthcare facilities. Personally, I have cooked for small, intimate events, fun group brunches, and parties for 50+ people. I love to travel and experience new cultures, cuisines, and exotic foods. My love of travel has allowed me to learn and incorporate various techniques and ingredients into my eclectic cooking style.

I learned to cook at...
a young age in my mothers Italian kitchen, which led me to culinary jobs by the age of 16. Years later, I received my degree in Culinary Arts.
