I thoroughly enjoy creating a smile on one’s face through a well presented bite.
I began cooking at age 7 and have been fortunate enough to travel throughout life. From these travels I made it a goal to recreate my favorite dishes from the Americas, the Caribbean, Southwest and Pacific Northwest ranging from Crab Claw Tostadas and Crab Stuffed Halibut to Beef Wellington and West Texas Brisket to Chicken Involtini and Veal Piccata to Chile Rellenos and Seared Ahi Burritos. Regardless of the dish served there is a story behind it and or it’s ingredients defining who I am today.
