I am a chef with 14 years of experience from all over the world. Originally from New York, now based in Los Angeles. I am a partner at a restaurant in San Diego, Singapore, and starting a new wine bar in Los Angeles soon. I have cooked in Japan, Korea, Bali, Mexico, and the US, but it all started with cooking Italian food in my families restaurant.
My restaurant was just awarded Best Restaurant of the Year in San Diego by Eater Magazine.
