Focusing on the ideal of pure and authentic food, my cooking style is based on fresh, local, and classic ingredients with cultural and exotic twists.
My passion for cooking stared to kick in when I was very young, I always was around my grandmothers and mom cooking with them and learning.
Then did my culinary school and worked in several countries and worked for important and amazing venues and five star restaurants. Now I am a full time personal chef and food consultant.
