My name is Rosario , I am a passionate chef with a rich culinary background rooted in my Italian heritage. Born and raised in Naples, Italy, i developed a deep love for cooking at a young age while observing my mother and brother prepare delicious meals in our family kitchen.

At the age of 21, I ventured to the United States, seeking new opportunities and experiences.

I initially found work at a pizza shop in Pennsylvania, where I honed my craft and immersed my self in the world of Italian cuisine. It was during this time that i met my wife, Elizabeth, who would become my lifelong partner in both love and business.

After just eight months of courtship,

me and my wife Elizabeth tied the knot and embarked on a journey of building a family and multiple successful businesses. Over the course of 18 years, we nurtured and raised our five children while simultaneously establishing three thriving ventures in Pennsylvania.

Recognizing the need for change and new horizons, me and Elizabeth decided to sell our businesses and pursue a fresh start in the beautiful southern Delaware area. With its vibrant culinary scene and coastal charm, it quickly became our new home.

My culinary expertise spans a wide range of Italian cuisine, from traditional Neapolitan dishes to regional specialties. I brings an authentic touch to my creations, incorporating the flavors, techniques, and passion I acquired during my upbringing in Italy.

As a chef, i values fresh, high-quality ingredients and strives to create memorable dining experiences for my patrons. My dedication to my craft and commitment to excellence have earned me a reputation for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes that showcase my culinary skills and reflect my love for cooking.
