A person who enjoys cooking and sharing his passion and culinary experiences with others.
Passionate about Mediterranean cuisine and traditional flavors, I learned to cook with my grandmother's recipes, she was who taught me that cooking is a way of showing love without words.
Later, I trained professionally at the Escola Culinaria de Sitges, and after having been cooking for some years in different parts of the world, I finally decide to establish myself as a private chef.
In my creations I use high quality, seasonal and local ingredients to interpret the great classics of Catalan, Spanish, Italian and French cuisine.
My dishes are tasty and healthy. Prepared with a homemade point, but without turning its back on touches of innovation and from other countries, maintaining its essence, fusing flavors and stories.
Some of my most popular and tasty dishes and specialties are: the traditional seafood paella, mushroom risotto, roasted leg of lamb, mediterranean sea bass or the tipical Spanish tapas as patatas bravas with spicy sauce, fried salt croquettes and jamon ibérico from free- range acorn-fed ibérico pigs from Spain.
