Chef Ronny created an outstanding dinner and romantic experience for my husband's milestone birthday dinner. Communication and menu proposals went very well, so my expectations were already high based on the planning phase. And then Chef blew our minds with flavor and presentation. Also, looking at the four course menu on paper is one thing. But this was actually nine courses in execution, as each dish got its moment in the spotlight and we savored both taste and presentation. It was a decadent meal, hitting all the right taste preferences with tons of variety. I'm also so glad I chose to add the drink pairings. Chef Ronny planned an excellent drink menu that complimented both flavors and also the mood of each course. I would do this again in a heartbeat for special occasions. My only regret (and it's not really a bad one) is that this was merely a dinner for two and not a larger dinner party. I would have loved to share this wonderful experience with a few extra friends and will consider that for next time. Thank you for everything, Chef Ronny!

Everything was wonderful. Chef Ronny was personable and engaging. The food and drink menu had a great flow, and all of it was delicious. Would recommend Chef Ronny to anyone.

We hired Chef Ronnie for a birthday party and were glad we could enjoy a delicious and filling sushi meal without leaving the house or our playoff football games. Although we initially had some concerns about how things might turn out, we were delighted with the overall experience, from the dishes, to the plating, to the flavors and ingredients used. Chef Ronnie was engaging without being overbearing and knowledgeable without showing off. The only recommendation might be to bring out some of the taste and texture of the sushi rice as it accompanied each nigiri piece and roll. Still, otherwise, he was great with the group vibe, and everyone enjoyed the meal, experience, and aesthetic. Thanks again!
