I began my career in restaurants nearly 20 years ago working my way up from the bottom to the top. I have worked every level of the industry from your local pizza shop to your high end fine dining establishment. I am experienced in a wide variety of cuisines from your classic French dishes to smoked bbq, and even the bold spicy flavors of South East Asia! I am also well versed in cooking for those with dietary restrictions such as celiacs, vegan/vegetarian, etc. Give me a call and let’s design a menu that’s right for you!
