I have been a chef since 1993, Culinary arts trained, in Mays Landing NJ. The Academy of Culinary Arts. I graduated with a 3.0 and received a silver medal. Private catering for me is more rewarding for both myself and my clients. I also catered in the early 2000's for a few years, but unfortunately I gave the catering up because of my mother passing away.
