I am a culinary professional with 20 years private service for “high-net income” estates in Boston/Miami/Paris// 9 years commercial hospitality industry working in boutique independently owned resorts/guest ranch’s and corporate resorts across the country as well as, 2 years with a high profile television market as food stylist.
I possess well rounded repertoire of diverse ethnic/specific regional cuisines, to include kosher applications. I can provide exceptional themed dining experiences. I am well versed in many diet systems, where health concerns are strictly adhered to, as well as simply a desire to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Baking, and patisserie is also a strong point in my experience.
