Hi, I am trained professional chef. I have worked in restaurants and catering events for over 8 years. With experience in NYC, Washington, DC, and Austin my skills are very well versed. Love curating experiences for people and giving clients ideas to run wild with. I worked at Gramercy Tavern in New York which has a Michelin star. I will say I’m highly skilled in a fine dining atmosphere but also don’t mind being simple and easy.
