Get to know me better

I enjoy pairing classic European techniques with a South American and Brazilian twist.

My introduction to the world of culinary arts began in São Paulo, Brazil in the early 90’s. There I learned classic culinary traditions along with various Brazilian cuisines.

Upon graduation I moved to New York City and worked at various storied steakhouses and Italian restaurants.

In 2014 I moved to Dallas to pursue a career as a private chef.
