I've been working in the culinary world for 35 years. My craft has taken me around the world, 21 countries on 5 continents. I'm very proud of my achievements and my ability to execute one-of-a-kind dining experiences. I am also a passionate culinary educator and love to have fun with my students/clients!

Chef Rocky was perfection from beginning to end. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable and gave us a real sense of the wonderful hospitality in Santa Fe. We had a wonderful time, we really enjoyed the food and all the special touches he put on our experience. Thank you Chef! We hope to see you again!
