Hello I have been a Chef owner operator for about 18 years in New Mexico and I am going back into the private sector after the end of 2023. I'm getting ready to rebuild my roster as this is the area of expertise I prefer to work in as a personal Chef in private homes. I learned a lot of lessons opening up my café back in 2017 and coming out of Covid reopening in 2022. Being a father of two little children with autism, my time is going to be restricted that working in the private sector would be more suss suitable for me, so that I can be engaged in the growth of my two children.
