Creator of beautiful rich and delicate flavors. I love the look of bliss when a guest tastes my food.
I grew up with homemade meals, freshly picked strawberries on my grandparents farm, and large family gatherings where everyone sat together and passed platters laden with food, filled with flavor.
Over the years, I have been delighting guests, friends & family with hospitality with an intention of impeccable service. I have managed multiple restaurants with staff ranging from 15-50+ employees, successfully assisted with the opening of a high end cocktail bar and intimate wine bar, and in 2021, finally opened up a personal chef business and brought my love of cooking into numerous households. I was accepted at the Telluride, Colorado Market on the Plaza summer of 2022 and served freshly made salads and artisanal toasts, combining my love of farmer's markets and nourishing people. Most recently, I was the chef for a yoga and wellness retreat in Taos, NM, cooking for 35 yogis in the desert.
I view food as a way to bring beauty, comfort and love to the table. I use whole, local and organic ingredients as much as possible, and gets inspired by traveling, reading, and simply experimenting in my kitchen.
I currently reside in Crown Heights where I am a consultant for Food & Beverage for 6 local businesses. I am looking forward to reawakening my love of cooking for intimate settings, special occasions, dinner parties, and celebrations!
