I have been working as a private chef for 18 years after graduating from Peter Kump's NY Cooking School (currently known as the Institute of Culinary Education). I specialize in clean, healthy cooking and global cuisine including Asian, Mediterranean and Indian. I have a lot of experience with vegan/vegetarian, gluten free and Paleo cooking. I very much enjoy creating menus that are beautiful and delicious but adhere to the client's food preferences and dietary concerns. I have cooked for many families, creating kid friendly recipes or preparing elegant cocktail/dinner parties. Lastly, I respect the client's home and make sure to leave it meticulous when I am finished. I am available to cook onsite or in my own kitchen and deliver. I am very organized and reliable.
