I have been told by the people that I cook for that I have great positive energy that shows through to my food.
I have been cooking all of my life… when I was young I cooked for my two younger brothers whenever my parents were working.
My wife loves food, so over the past 13 years I have worked hard and studied many styles of cooking in order to make her happy over the years.
Nowadays I cook for larger parties than just my family, many times for up to 14 people… I even bake wedding cakes, cheese cakes or spring fling cakes for large events.
