I am a chef with over 25 years of cooking. I was a chef in the Military and then went into catering and then my own restaurant. I am now a district chef in Charlotte NC and I love combining different flavors that make you want to go wow and want more.
I love to entertain while cooking and explain what I am doing at the same time so you know what is happening at all times.
