Get to know me better

Great food requires love and passion.

I am a chef at home that is always trying new recipes. My heart is in Mediterranean cuisine but I have also expanded my horizons to East Asian, Indian, and Thai cuisine. I’m in the process of building a base in social media to share my own creations as well as personal experiences in food and travel. In addition, I want to have a platform to share recommendations on local cuisine.

I grew up in a restaurant family and learned cooking from techniques passed down from generation to generation. I have cooked for clients in their home and am currently partnered up with two others who have started a theatre/food company with which we have had some successful events such as “Taste of LIC”. I look forward to sharing my love and talent for cooking with you!
