I received formal culinary training from the Culinary Institute of America, where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Business Management. I have worked all over the country, in various food service organizations like high end Ski Resorts, Private Country Clubs and currently as Executive Chef at The Complete Fly Fisher; a private fly fishing lodge located in Wise River, MT. Food has always been a passion of mine and I continue to learn and perfect my craft each day. I have executed well over 100 private dinners, working for myself along with other chef mentors and confident my skills and food will create a memorable dining experience.
