I've been a chef for 30 years. I have worked at some of the finest restaurants in the country.
I have been a chef for 30 years. Right know I do corporate dining, but have a lot of experience in fine dining and hotels. I have worked at Walt Disney World and many 4 star resorts. I am 45 years old and have cooked my entire life. I started in a nursing home as a dishwasher and worked my way up to supervisor. I then decided it was time to go to culinary school.
