Food has been my hobby for most of my life, beginning with watching food network with my mom in the 90s.

As a young adult, work had me living in Asia for 4 years; I’m fortunate to have traveled through a dozen asian countries too. That heavily influences my food. I adore home-made Chinese food in the Sichuan style; what my friends in China made at home was the best food I’ve ever had. I’m more likely to explore a night market or food truck lot than a Michelin-starred tasting menu.

During Covid, I started exploring my own catering and private cooking: rehearsal dinners, in-home plated meals, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, bartending, designing craft cocktails to-go. I’ve independently served 10-50 people out of various home kitchens many times now.

Food is my creative outlet that puts a smile on the faces of other humans. I’m super thankful for the handful of loyal fans who have encouraged and supported me along the way.

a chance to remind people that someone cares for them; there is value in joy and relationships, and that songs are just as important as strength.

Chef Robby far surpassed any and all expectations I had for our planned evening. Not only was the food incredible, but the story behind each dish added so much context to the meal. He was incredibly easy to communicate with and worked to create the perfect menu for our dinner. All of our guests enjoyed spending time with him in the kitchen to learn about his preparation, the mix of flavors, and his own journey into cooking. It truly was as if we had invited another friend over to hang out… who also happened to be an amazing chef. All of our guests have commented on what an incredible evening it was. We will without a doubt use Chef Robby again.
