Chef Rim Hadir

Grew up in Lebanon, in a family of restaurateurs on my father’s side. Left Lebanon at the age of 15, moved to Canada with my family that soon after opened up a restaurant and that was only the beginning. 3 restaurants in, I got married at the age of 20, opened up my own restaurant at the age of 24, I have two handsome sons 10 and 5, and my life has always been about cooking. I served and still serve my community for 9 years now at my restaurant, Bar and opened up a bakery as well.

I do private parties and enjoy cooking for people. Being around a large crowd or a small one never was an issue, because my love for cooking has always made me very outgoing, talkative and love sharing my cookings to show my care and love I put all my heart into it. They always say Reem can’t make something or touch any food and it doesn’t taste amazing. I grew up hearing this always from my grandmother who taught me and my father who is a great Chef, how to cook. I am here to help you plan your next party, cook for you and your guests the absolute most amazing, authentic Lebanese flavors to make a party in your mouth and have people talking about it for days maybe years! When it comes to cooking and serving, this is my passion, this is my life, and what I love to do.
