As a seasoned culinary professional with 20 years experience, I have had the privilege of honing my skills in a variety of restaurant settings from renowned 3 Michelin stars to NYC neighborhood favorites. Throughout my career, I have cultivated a strong foundation in classical and modern culinary techniques, menu planning, food presentation and guest facing operations. The opportunity to share this knowledge and expertise on a personal level with clients is one that excites me.
