Hello, my name is Ricky Mechelke.

I am a very experienced sushi chef who, due to recent global events, has a LOT of time on his hands.

I currently own a sushi restaurant in Boystown called AJI OMAKASE.below you can see some photos of my food and the restaurant.

I am offering private omakase dinners with a maximum of 4 people.

My omakase will consist of 15 different small bites, all prepared in your home! I will present an array of fish with full descriptions of their origins and flavor profiles. This is a limited time offer in hopes I can resume normal operations of my restaurant soon.

Utensils, tables, and chairs can all be provided by me upon request.

I have bar stools and a table that can be set up in your home so you can be right infront of the action.

My prices will vary on location just depending on travel time, but they start at $200/person.
