Greetings,

I take great joy and pride in creating amazing, indie food experiences. Many of my dishes and plating techniques are sophistically elegant, yet fun and playful. As an Indie Chef, my passion for culinary arts really shines through each and every dish as a result of skillfully accentuating flavor profiles and texture elements in order to provide a stimulating sensory experience. My skills and talents have been applauded and recognized by countless classically trained Chefs from all over the world. Quite as kept, the I was actually ranked among the Top 80 contestants that were flown out to Los Angeles, California to compete for the 2018 Master Chef Title. I have also served as private chef for New Times Best Selling Author, Omar Tyree & many others.

Beyond my craft jacket, I truly live up to my name of being a modern day gentlemen and public servant. Out of my duties within the kitchen, I also serve as a College Administer/Program Coordinator, to which I help to passionately cultivate the gifts and talents of all of my students.

Amazing - highly recommend

It was a pleasure to have The Gourmet Gent create a memorable dinner for my parents’ 50th anniversary. The communication beforehand was excellent and he was able to accommodate our dietary allergies and preferences. The dinner itself was delightful and delicious, the service attentive. We would strongly recommend him for anyone looking for a special dining experience.

Food was delicious. Chef was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a night to remember. Really happy with the services that was provided.
