I am a seasoned chef with 7+ years in the industry specializing in soul food Italian fusion cuisine as well as being skilled in Mexican style cuisine. I attended the restaurant school at walnut hill college and received my associates degree in culinary arts. I am also certified by the national restaurant association to be a food safety manager so you can ensure that your meal will not only be crafted amazingly but the procedures taking before the plate hits the table are correct as well. I love food and making creations that you and your guests will be drooling over for months to come!
