Professional Chef and recipe developer, I've cooked for numerous restaurants in Philadelphia and New York City!
I am a professional chef with 10 years experience cooking in restaurants and developing recipes. I began my career cooking in restaurants as a teenager. In 2016, I attained a Professional Culinary Arts Degree from the International Culinary Center in Manhattan. I spent the following three years working in fine dining restaurants in New York City, before moving back to Philadelphia. My specialties include French Cuisine, Italian Cuisine, American BBQ, New Orleans Style Creole Cuisine and Healthy food. I am always open to experimenting and creating new menus based on your desires. Working alone I can handle small parties of up to 20 people.
