Greetings Foodie Family!
I’m a Privately contracted Chef for motion pictures and the entertainment industry. Recently, I have designed a plant based, Micro biome, inflammatory, high protein, super alkaline diet, and healthier option Nutrional program for the Performers of cirque Du Soliel which has received worldwide recognition. My menus are now in high demand in households across America. Furthermore, I also spear headed and designed a Vegan program for my motion picture commissary, implementing from concept to fruition a healthier option action station, that can now be found on movie sets across the United States. I believe my purpose in life is to share my gifts as a leading Plant based sport Nutrional food scientist. I have traveled the world and back with cirque du Soliel and spent many years with film / Tv, and music entertainment industry as well as the PGA circuit. I love to teach, train and cook food with anyone and everyone! My passion for health, and science continue to drive me to provide the highest quality available for my clients.
