Cooking has always been the greatest joy of my life. My client’s culinary needs drive my ambitions.
Creative, engaging, professional, chef with over 10 years of commercial, and private chef experience. After graduating culinary school in 2000, I joined the Le Meridian Pegasus Hotels as a pastry chef, and had the wonderful opportunity of expanding my knowledge of French cuisine. After 2 years of working in the pastry department at Le Meridian , I secured a position at the Mercer Kitchen in SoHo New York, where I gained extensive experience in Michelin Star cuisines. After 3 years, I moved into the private sector, and have been working as a private chef ever since.
