I have been a professional chef for 20 years. I am classically French trained but am well verse in a multitude of different cuisines. I currently am a traveling chef. I work for Nascar, IMSA, Ferrari, NFL and other events such as festivals. Looking to broaden my horizons and experience another part of the business.
