My love for culinary alchemy led me to pursue a career as a private chef, my culinary journey commenced with two years of intense study and dedication at Les Roches Swiss culinary school, followed by refinement in prestigious 5-star hotels.

Through these experiences, I've come to understand that cooking is not merely a function of skill, but an expression of one's personality and heritage, a profound connection between food and memory.

After that, I embarked on a journey—a transcontinental odyssey. Across oceans and time zones, I carried not just my suitcases but also my childish dreams—those fragile, iridescent bubbles that shimmered with the promise of perfection.
