I have 8 years of experience being a chef, business owner and caterer. I am passionate about the finest, most seasonal ingredients, sourcing my product with intention and finesse. I focus on Global Comfort Food, having traveled and cooked in over 60 countries around the world. Attention to detail, an expansive and refined palette and a passion for nurturing a variety of dietary needs are a few of my strengths. I am clean, organized and well prepared in the kitchen, using my technique and refined skills to create custom menus for my clients.
