I am a sou chef at distillery in Huntington Beach California my experience in the kitchen is only 4 years but the food I make is inspired by chefs I’ve been under I am now under a 2 Michelin star chef named Alessandro Stratta and he has shown me the ins and outs of the industry I’m well versed in Italian cuisine Mexican cuisine and Mediterranean cuisine I look forward to learning more and expanding my plate and knowledge of this industry as a whole
