Hello! My name is Ray Gonzalez and I absolutely love food! After serving 10 years in the Army I realized I absolutely loved the Culinary Arts. I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2018 and had the privilege of working in some great restaurants (such as Andanda 141, Tavo, and a small trail at Eleven Madison Park) in New York City. I have experience with farm to table through my time managing farmers markets in the city as well (I love finding ingredients and trying new recipes) You can always message me on IG for more details please, just reference take a chef when doing so.
