My name is Shae Mossman, and I was wondering if you're accepting applications at this time. Currently, I'm the Executive Chef at Blackbird Public House in Denver. I have 7 years of executive chef and sous chef experience, intermingled with private dining, catering, and event/ exhibition cooking.

Custom menus, gluten free, vegan, and allergen friendly. Also very comfortable with butchery and game meats.

My life. My daughters have grown up in restaurant kitchens with me. 14 hour days in the restaurant still lend to making dinner when I get home.

I learned to cook at...

I'm a self taught chef who started as a dishwasher. My knowledge of spices and technique come from my Indian grandmother and personal drive to learn.
