I am a Cook and Chef. Dynamic, experienced and passionate about gastronomy, I seek to mix new techniques with classic cuisine.
I have been a professional cook for 15 years, with a professional course in Brazil and several workshops and internship with renowned chefs. My expertise is in French, Italian, Mediterranean, Brazilian and American Gastronomy. Also with extensive experience in Brunchs and Desserts. I really enjoy sharing my knowledge of these different cultures and how techniques can be used depending on the occasion. I also really enjoy working with Breakfasts and Brunch’s, for me it’s the best meal of the day.
