I come from a family that owns a restaurant in Brazil, I have been a professional cook for 15 years, with a professional course in Brazil and several short courses with renowned chefs. My expertise is in French, Mediterranean, Brazilian and American Gastronomy. Also with extensive experience in Brunchs and Desserts.
