For the past six years, I've been diving deep into the culinary world of New Orleans, Louisiana. Working under some of the best chefs, learning simple cooking techniques to highlight complex flavors and understanding what it truly means to have Southern Hospitality has made inspired the kind of energy I want to bring to each dining experience.
From the menu planning to the type of napkin, intention is placed to celebrate every occasion. Intention is the connecting thread to the success of every event and what makes each party, celebrate or date night special and different from the last.
