I am professional chef with 5+ years in the culinary field. I studied at the College of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas, one of the top schools in the country for culinary. I received my A.A.S in Culinary Arts. I am trained in many cuisines, such as French, Asian, Hispanic (Cuban, Venezuelan, Mexican, Spanish), American, etc. I consider myself an all around Chef. My goal is to provide my clients with the foods they love in a nutritious way. Displaying to them that they can eat what they love without it costing their health. I enjoy challenging myself to explore and learn new cuisines and I do the same with my clients. Atelier de Tuere offers an open minded experience when it comes to food.
