I very much believe in the quality of my food. I'm passionate, love my craft, and constantly push to improve my talents.

I've been cooking professionally for the last 12 years, and have been a head chef for over half of my career. I've earned a reputation as a chef who consistently raises the bar for myself, my food, and my kitchen, and it reflects in the level of food I execute. Within the kitchens I've worked, I consistently earn the respect of my employees, employers, and peers by my good work ethic, patience, and ability to lead and teach.

I am professional, but still insist on having a very personal touch with the food I create, as food is something I care very deeply about. I love to cook, and it's something I never tire of.
