Chef Rachel Stricker

As a licensed naturopathic doctor and certified plant based chef, I believe strongly in food as medicine. I love to show people how delicious, exciting and VIBRANT organic, healthy food can be and how good they’ll feel after eating it! My food tends to be incredibly well balanced, incorporating the freshest produce and flavorful, medicinal herbs with made-from-scratch sauces. I have found ways to “veganize” most beloved staples and recipes. I also love World Cuisines, with Latin, Indian and Asian being a few of my favorites.

My ideal clients are those who appreciate good food made well, are on their plant-based journey or perhaps plant-based-curious and love to celebrate health and wellness! A client may appreciate my depth of knowledge about the healing properties of food and herbs or my ability to cook for specific health concerns or lifestyles. I also throw great parities with a gigantic smile on my face. I am incredibly passionate about what I do and it illuminates the food I serve.
