I love cooking with seasonal ingredients and exploring global cuisines that I've learned through extensive immersive travel.

I am a professional chef with two years of professional experience. I attended culinary school at Kendall College in Chicago after over 15 years working in the corporate world. Since school, I've launched my own business that caters Detroit-style pizza for local events in Chicago. Additionally, I've worked as a private chef for events in the north suburbs.
