I started in the kitchen around 14 as a dish washer prep cook for a summer job, that turned into an ongoing almost 18 year culinary journey. I have worked in Denver through various restaurants such a as Linger, Root Down, and Ophelia’s as a young aspiring cook. I moved into Vail, Co where I worked as a Sous Chef at La Tour restaurant and then ventured to Lake Tahoe, and then Miami Beach. Happy to have moved back to Denver after many years away!
