I graduated from cooking directly and have been a chef in the food industry for more than 10 years. I was born and raised in Thailand. Used to run a Thai restaurant 3 star Michelin level and have opportunities for career growth Went to work in Sydney Australia for 10 months and after that I moved to America, Illinois, Chicago. I started working at a 3 Michelin-star restaurant called Smyth and after learning to develop food and desserts, I decided to resign and came out to do a personal career that has passed on knowledge of Thai food and Thai desserts using Western cooking techniques.
